WILD WARRIOR Mondays 7:15pm
High-energy class that includes cardio HIIT, footwork, Muay Thai basics, and a heart-pumping circuit.
Go at your pace, witness how fast your body can learn and change, increase your endurance, and learn Muay Thai while you’re at it!
Perfect for absolute beginners, and GREAT for our active Muay Thai students who could use some cardio. Which is most of you, ahem ahem.
