BEGINNER MT: WILD WARRIOR

Get fit, get fast get fierce! Wild Warrior is all about technique and coordination with a bit of cardio thrown in. Class flow:
- Warm up
- Fundamental strikes
- Music-driven continuous strikes, coordination, & technique practice
- Partner work: Simple combos
- Partnered circuit
Absolute beginners welcome!

Gear: Boxing Gloves & Knit Inner Gloves

Mondays 6pm

Muay Thai 1.5

Moving beyond the basics, 1.5 students learn more complex skills at a faster pace. Must have decent technique and body control. Coaches will let you know when you are ready to move into this class.

Gear: Boxing Gloves, SHIN GUARDS, & Knit Inner Gloves.

BEGINNER MUAY THAI

Great partners create great progress! Focus on partner work, mitt-holding, strike technique, and weaving offense & defense. Class flow:
- Warm Up
- Fundamental Strikes
- Partner work: Progressive combos & defense
- Partner work: Kick shield practice

Wednesdays 7:15pm

Level 2 Muay Thai

Quick-moving class with more advanced content including drills, direct and indirect counters, complex combinations, signature sequences, light sparring, and more.

Gear: Boxing Gloves, Shin Guards, Mouthguard. & Knit Inner Gloves.

BEGINNER MT: REBEL ROOTS

Badass warriors have badass foundations! Rebel Roots focuses on fundamental technique, agility, footwork, and body mechanics. Class flow:

- Partner work: Simple combos & power percentages

STRONG AF

Build strength that truly matters—functional, fierce, and freeing. We will use circuits, weights, kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, core training, med balls, and more to help you feel unstoppable.
