Power on Thai pads one week. Speed and flow on mitts the next. The Eight rotates formats so you’re always working something different, always building on what came before.

Primal Flow builds the bridge between offense and defense through progressive combinations on the mitts and kicks on the shields.

This is the deep end.
Level 2 is fast and techincal — complex combinations, signature sequences, counters both direct and indirect, southpaw, and light sparring that puts everything to the test.

Rebel Roots
Beginner
Precision and power aren’t the same thing. This class teaches you both, and when to use which.
Rebel Roots works power combinations on Thai pads then moves into faster combos on mitts or noodles.
Technique and control from the very first class.
