Consider starting with our Saturday classes! 11am Rebel Roots: Foundations of Muay Thai and 12:30pm Strong AF.
Can’t do Saturdays? Then try out our Monday 7:15pm Wild Warrior class or Wednesday 6pm Beginner class!

Mondays 7:15pm

WILD WARRIOR

Get fit, get fast, get fierce, and unleash your wild side! This energetic class includes music-driven cardio HIIT, coordination, footwork, Muay Thai basics, and super fun circuit training. Absolute beginners welcome, zero Muay Thai experience required. Get your sweat on!

Saturdays 11:00am

REBEL ROOTS: MUAY THAI FOUNDATIONS

Build technique so solid it becomes your superpower! Learn Muay Thai fundamentals (offense, defense, footwork, mitt work, etc.) through a rotating focus. Perfect for absolute beginners as well as experienced students who want better technique.

Gear: Boxing Gloves & Knit Inner Gloves

Mondays 6pm

Muay Thai 1.5

Moving beyond the basics, 1.5 students learn more complex skills at a faster pace. Must have decent technique and body control. Coaches will let you know when you are ready to move into this class.

STRONG AF

Build strength that truly matters—functional, fierce, and completely freeing. We will use circuits, weights, kettlebells, primal flow, bands, core training, and more to help you feel unstoppable. Mixed-level, absolute beginners welcome!

No gear.

This class does NOT include Muay Thai technique.

Wednesdays 7:15pm

Level 2 Muay Thai

Quick-moving class with more advanced content including drills, direct and indirect counters, complex combinations, signature sequences, light sparring, and more.

Gear: Boxing Gloves, Shin Guards, Mouthguard. & Knit Inner Gloves.

Wednesday 6:00pm

Beginner Muay Thai

Learn the basic strikes of Muay Thai as well as fundamental defenses, footwork, counters, holding, and more. Focus is on sequential strikes, mitt-holding, weaving offense and defense, and developing mental and physical coordination with progressive combos.

Welcoming Tribe

We greatly dislike cliques and take pride in how supportive our Women+ are. You do not have to earn your name with us (Coach Aileen was literally called "Girl" until she knocked someone out in a fight, absurd). You have a name as soon you walk in (that we will try sooooo hard to remember properly along with your pronouns).

Holistic Training

We believe mental (think fortitude and discipline), emotional (think balance and calm), and spiritual (think ability to follow intuition) skills are just as important (if not more important) as the development of physical skills.

High-Level Muay Thai

We do NOT teach classes centered around weight loss, getting a big butt, being a "fit mom," or wailing on heavy bags with ugly technique. We are going to teach you true Muay Thai skills and trust you have the capacity and ability to rise to the occasion. Because you do. 

Passionate Coaches

We love our people and are obsessed with helping every Women+ that walks through our door liberate themselves. We are constantly thinking about how to more effectively serve, and we will never be done evolving and learning.

We Are NOT a Fight Gym

Despite teaching a ton of solid Fight IQ, we do NOT train fighters. Crazy 6-day training schedule? Nah. Injurious hard sparring? No thank you. Weight cuts? Hells no, so runhealthy. We focus on creating well-rounded, whole-hearted warriors who are increasingly skilled at showing up in the ring of life.
